THE NEST COMFORT PG IS MANAGED BY AHMEDABAD RENTERS AND FURNISHERS
With the owners being based on site, any problems or issues are dealt with effectively and without time delays if and when they arise.With the addition of our security guards being on site, there is always help available if needed.
Our Housekeeping team is on site 7 days per week to ensure that all communal areas and shared facilities are cleaned on a regular basis.Cooking is handled by professional cooks completely under the supervision of the owners, making sure that the food quality is hygienic and matches the finger licking taste of your mother’s kitchen.
Doctor,beautician and tailor services are provided on request with the permission of the authority.
At The Nest Comfort PG we pride ourselves on the relationship we build with our students.As the owners are based solely at The Nest Comfort PG, this gives us the opportunity to interact with and get to know each of our students.
We believe the relationships we build make for an enjoyable and memorable stay here and students are more likely to approach us for any problems they may have or just for a general chat. As we get to know our students well, we can offer help or direct them to appropriate sources if we recognize that they are having problems.
The safety of our students is always our first and foremost concern. It is for this reason that we have 24x7 Security Guards. We also have CCTV cameras installed in all major areas and a BIometric Attendance System.
The presence of the Owners and Security Guards ensures that the safety and peace of mind of all of our students is secure. As well as preventing any unwanted visitors and safeguarding the building.
Our Rooms:
The Nest Comfort PG, located in the heart of the city, provides individualistic, modern rooms that are decorated in pastel tones.
The fully furnished spacious interiors allow for comfortable living and let the students style it to reflect their personality.
Each room comes complete with beds, mattresses, clean linen, curtains and fluffy pillows.The bathrooms are clean and hygienic with running hot water through the day.

Booking a room:
To book a room click the ‘availability’ tab above. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your specific needs or if any questions you may have.
Deposits:
One month adavance rent and a same amount as deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
The student may cancel their booking (by giving us written notice of cancellation) 30 days prior to leaving the pg. If this is followed accordingly, there will be no charge and we will return the deposit in full to the student
